These leagues teach the fundamentals of soccer, good sportsman
ship and teamwork. The league includes team practices and 8 games. The specific day of practice is to be determined by the coach. All games are played on Saturdays at Laguna Community Park and Morse Park. Register for the most convenient park for you. Please make sure that if you have a special request, the player/coach you are requesting is registered at the same location. Players should wear shorts without pockets, shin guards, and cleats are allowed, but no metal. All players will receive a jersey and socks, an individual and team picture, and an award. No open toed shoes or jewelry is allowed.
If you are interested in volunteering to coach, please submit a Youth Sports Coach Application Opens a New Window. . Every coach is required to get fingerprinted through CSD - no exceptions! Coaches must also attend a clinic to get more information on the sport, meet your fellow coaches, and share and receive words of wisdom from experienced coaches. A certified training program will also be required. Only coaches who have received notice by CSD staff that their coaching requirements have been fulfilled will be able to act in the capacity of a coach.
