The CSD Teen Services has a passionate and committed staff that works hard to provide great opportunities and mentor teens to build assets which will help them become healthy adults and succeed in their community. The Grove is Elk Grove's largest teen recreational facility, offering unmatched leisure
amenities for students enrolled in grades 7-12. This 2,100 square foot teen center offers a safe
location for meeting and making friends as well as the opportunity to participate in fun
programmed activities. Challenge friends to a game of air hockey, foosball or pool. Enjoy Playstation
games on the big screen TV. Surf the net or do homework in the
computer lab. The Grove
also offers a snack bar that has many healthy snacks to keep teens energized throughout the day.
Daily Activities!
The Grove Teen Center has new and exciting daily activities that include healthy cooking classes, active outdoor activities and art classes. The Grove has passionate and committed staff that work hard to program and provide these great activities. Staff also offers homework help everyday from 3:00-4:00 PM. The Grove Wish List
The Grove is in need of new items to engage teens in the after school drop-in program. The following items would greatly improve the program and enhance The Grove: ping pong table, DVDs rated G or PG, Wii, XBOX 360 and Playstation games rated E or T with staff approval, sports equipment (footballs, rubber balls, soccer balls), and sofas. If you have any of these items in good usable condition please contact Josh Myer at (916) 405-5655.
The Grove Teen Center Monthly Events 
Looking for something fun to do on a Friday night? CSD Teen Programs put on great special events every month. These events are free to all teen center members. Events include themed parties, movie nights, game nights, open gym, and cooking projects. Call (916) 405-5655 for more info.
