You can
register online for camps and classes ONLY. Registration for Youth Sports Leagues requires a
registration packet to be filled out and dropped off in person or faxed in to one of our three locations. There is
NO ONLINE registration for Youth Sports Leagues.
CAMPS/CLASSES
Pee Wee Open Gym (Ages 6 and under)
Looking for new things to do with your child? This supervised, non-instructional play time is the answer.
Register at the door. Parents are required to stay and participate with their child. Toddlers under age 1
enter for free. Activities will include basketball, soccer, hula hoops, mats, tunnels, and more. Don't miss
out on the fun with your child.
Tuesdays - Thursdays 11:30am - 1:30pm at Wackford Community & Aquatics Complex
$3/visit or $25 10-visit punch pass
Pee Wee Basketball (offered year round)
Come participate in our camp and learn the fundamentals of basketball. The instructor will review passing,
dribbling, shooting and rebounding techniques. Wear appropriate athletic shoes. Participants are 3-6
years old.
Pee Wee Indoor Soccer (offered year round)
Introduce your child to the world of soccer. Children will learn the basic fundamentals of soccer. Instruction
will encourage age appropriate activities while teaching socialization, team work, and gross motor skills. Please
wear athletic shoes (no cleats allowed). Participants are ages 3-6.
Pee Wee Outdoor Soccer (offered Winter/Spring; Summer)
Introduce your child to the world of sports through our non-competitive soccer skills clinics. Instruction will
encourage age appropriate activities while teaching socialization, team work and gross motor skills. This class
will provide a fun and positive interaction in a nurturing environment. Parents will be encouraged to participate
with their child. Participants are 3-6 years old.
Rookie T-Ball Clinic (offered Winter/Spring)
No matter if this is your first year playing baseball or t-ball, or you want to refresh your skills for the
upcoming season, this is the clinic for you. Young players, ages 4-7, will be exposed to a fun and entertaining
camp environment where good sportsmanship and team work will be stressed. Players will learn from top notch
coaches the basic fundamentals of baseball including proper throwing, catching and hitting mechanics, catching
fly balls, fielding ground balls and base running. A physical conditioning and agility program will be introduced.
Parents are welcome to assist in player development. Remember to wear your tennis shoes and bring your baseball
mitt and hat.
Billy Bounce Basketball (offered year round) 
Hey boys and girls, join us in this new basketball program for ages 5-10 that focuses on having fun while learning
the basics of the game in a non-competitive environment. Participants will receive 8 basketball lessons that teaches
how to play like a star, a Billy Bounce basketball, and a Billy Bounce T-Shirt. Coaches are trained to deliver and
run this program to make it fun and enthusiastic. Don't miss out on being a part of this Billy Bounce experience.
After School Basketball Camp (offered year round)
Venture into the world of basketball through this camp for ages 7-12 that will teach the basic fundamentals of
basketball through both team and individual drills focusing on offensive and defensive concepts, shooting, passing,
ball handling and agility footwork. Please wear basketball court shoes and comfortable clothing.
Force Volleyball Training Team (Ages 7-12)
Learn the game of volleyball in this class that will focus on teaching the individual skills of the sport. Passing,
setting, hitting and serving will be broken down and trained by Force Volleyball Club coaches. Aspects of serve
receive and team defense will be covered towards the end of each session. This class will focus on training the basics
of the game for girls and boys who have little or no experience.
Soccer Skills & Drills (offered Winter/Spring; Summer)
Get in shape for the soccer season! Participants ages 7-12 will develop skills and techniques in shooting, dribbling
and passing. Class will stress team strategies. Please bring a water bottle. Shin guards are required.
High Intensity Basketball Camp (offered Summer)
This challenging camp, taught by High School Coach Al Toney, will emphasize the following fundamentals: footwork,
stance, passing, shooting, ball-handling and movement without the ball. Individual and team offensive/defensive
skills will be taught. Proper academic, sportsmanship, attitude and behavior will be emphasized. This camp
requires a completed medical registration form. Both high school and college information will be discussed in a
classroom session.
Got Skills? Basketball Camp (offered Summer)
Join former NBA player and current Director of Player Personnel for the San Antonio Spurs, Dell Demps, along with
basketball coach Bill Nelson and local high school and college players, for a camp committed to teaching fundamental
basketball skills through learning stations, games and various basketball contests. This camp requires a completed
medical registration form.
Develop Your Game Basketball Camp (offered Summer)
Join High School Coach Al Toney for a basketball camp designed for players who want to learn and develop new skills
with an emphasis on shooting, agility footwork, passing, ball-handling, offensive and defensive footwork and skills.
The goals of this camp are to learn fundamental basketball skills in both a competitive and fun environment. This
camp requires a completed medical registration form at the time of registration.
Shooting Skills and Drills Basketball Camp (offered Summer)
Join basketball coach Bill Nelson for a basketball camp targeted for players that want to improve their individual
skills. We will break down each player's jump shot and teach proper techniques, footwork, use of screens, how to get
open, movement without the ball and how to create and make shots. This camp requires a completed medical registration
form.
Volleyball Camp (offered Summer)
This camp will focus on preparing for the middle school and high school tryouts. Basic offenses, defenses and individual
skills will be taught. Class will be run by Randy and Kristen Williams of Force Volleyball Club.
Elementary Summer Sports Camp (offered Summer)
Join CSD sports staff for this week-long indoor/outdoor multi-sport camp that focuses on improving skills through
drills and fun alternative games with an emphasis on fair play and teamwork. Participants will be able to swim each
day and will need to bring a swimsuit and a lunch. Camp t-shirt will be provided. Medical registration form required.
Skyhawks Sports Camps (offered Summer)
Skyhawks Football is a great way to introduce your child to a sport rich in tradition. Because it is flag football,
the introduction is both safe and fun. Players learn catching, passing and de-flagging. The participant to coach
ratio is approximately 14:1.
Mini-Hawk programs help young children explore sports in a day-program setting. There is no pressure, just lots of
fun while these young athletes participate in unique Skyhawks games. Staff is trained to meet the needs of young
children. Participant-coach ratio is approximately 8:1.
LEAGUES
Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA (offered Fall; Winter/Spring; Summer)
The Jr. NBA / Jr. WNBA basketball league teaches boys and girls
the fundamentals of basketball, team work, and good sportsmanship
in a fun, recreational environment. Each player will receive
a reversible NBA / WNBA team jersey, individual and team picture,
and trophy. The Jr. NBA / Jr. WNBA league includes 2 indoor practices
and 8 league games which will be held on Saturdays. Participants
must be 5 years of age by Clinic Day. Volunteer coaches are needed. Coaches’
applications may be completed and submitted at the time of registration.
3-on-3 Teen Basketball League
Got game? Get your friends together and enjoy the fun of this new teen 3 on 3 basketball league. League fee
includes team jersey and 8 games with an end of the season tournament. Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd
place teams.
Pee Wee Soccer League (offered Summer)
Our Pee Wee Soccer League teaches boys and girls the fundamentals
of soccer, good sportsmanship, and team work in a fun, recreational
way. Boys and girls play on the same teams. In this league, all
players will receive a soccer jersey, team picture, trophy and
play 8 games. Participants are ages 3-6. Volunteer coaches are needed.
Coaches’ applications may be completed and submitted at
the time of registration.
Flag Football (offered Fall)
Let’s get ready for some football! It’s time for boys
and girls between the ages of 5-14 to get excited about our recreational
flag football league. Our league is to teach youngsters the fundamentals
of football, good sportsmanship, and teamwork. The league will
be split into 5 divisions by ages and gender (all leagues have boys division
and girls division): Div. 1 (Ages 13-14); Div. 2 (Ages 11-12);
Div. 3 (Ages 9-10); Div. 4 (Ages 7-8); Div. 5 (Ages 5-6). Teams will be determined
after our Clinic Day for Division 1-4. Division 5 teams will
be made up of kids from the same school. Practice days, times,
and locations will be determined by each coach. We will be looking
for 40 or more volunteer coaches who will be required to attend
a mandatory training. With your registration fee, each player
will receive a reversible jersey, a mouthpiece, individual and team
picture, and trophy. Games will be played at Laguna Community Park
Multi-Purpose Field on Saturdays.
T-Ball (offered Winter/Spring)
T-Ball teaches boys and girls the fundamentals of baseball, good sportsmanship, and team work all in
a fun, recreational way. Boys and girls will play on the same team. Team members are often grouped
by school of attendance. Practices begin in March with locations, days and times to be determined by
the coach. The “T-Ball Tribune”, a newsletter detailing important dates, team assignments,
and picture day information, will be mailed out after registration. All players in this league field
and bat each inning and no score or outs are kept. All leagues will advance to coach pitch. Also, join
us on Saturday, May 17th at Laguna Community Park in the evening to end the T-Ball season with a party.
There will be a chance to play T-Ball, bounce houses, games, food and drinks, trophies handed out to each
team, and sponsor plaques presented. The night will end with a movie shown on the big screen in the park.
