For Ages 16+
Low Impact Water Aerobics
The low impact class offers participants the freedom of movement through water without touching or standing on the pool bottom. This class is great for cardiovascular exercise or helping treat muscle and bone injuries. This is a deep water fitness class taught by certified American Exercise Association instructors. Aqua belts and bar-bells are provided. Class is conducted in
8 feet of water. Participants will need to bring their own water noodle.

* All participants must be able to swim 25 yards independently for participation in the low impact deep water class.

Specialty Shallow Water Aerobics - Spring / Summer / Fall
Choose a specialty shallow water aerobics class that promotes body sculpting, muscle toning, cardio and flexibility. All classes are conducted in our shallow water pool with a maximum depth of 4 ½ feet. Aqua belts and bar-bells are provided. Participants will need to bring their own water noodle.

Basic
This class offers an intense workout for total body fitness. Instruction includes low and high impact moves, and an intense abdominal workout to strengthen, tone, and build the body's core muscles.
Toning
An enjoyable class for all levels that focuses on the major muscle groups by using both water and hand-held resistance equipment. Mixed with high energy moves, this class will give participants an overall body workout.
Power Hour
This is an advanced water exercise class with high intensity choreography and sustained physical conditioning intended for optimal fitness results. Hand-held equipment provided.
Yoga
Bring balance to body and mind. This class adapts the asanas (poses) of Hatha Yoga for the water. Participants will use breathing and stretches to strengthen muscles, improve posture and increase relaxation. Namaste.

All classes have a maximum of 25 participants.

No class instruction will be conducted on District Holidays, but the pool is open for use.
*Water aerobic classes will not be offered from December 20 - January 3.
