The Cosumnes CSD Skate Park at the Wackford Community & Aquatic Complex provides a great place for both beginning and advanced skaters to have fun and improve their skills. The park includes:

• A street area that includes a down rail, a euro, a five stair set, hubba ledges of various sizes, and grind boxes and rails of various sizes.
• Four-foot deep key hole bowl which includes a six foot deep end and a hip.
• A Clover Bowl with a roll in that leads into five-foot, seven-foot, eight-foot, and nine-foot depths.
• Full lightening that allows for late skates

The park also offers unmatched safety features. The park is supervised at all times and is inspected daily for any type of hazards. Call (916) 405-5600 for more information.

Before You Go...You Should Know

• All skaters must wear protective gear that includes a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads. No equipment... no entry.
• All users must sign a waiver prior to enjoying the skate park. (Child under the age of 18 must have their parent or legal guardian on site to sign a waiver.) Visit the Wackford Complex front office to sign up for your skate park ID card.
• All users of the skate park will be issued an ID card. ID cards must be presented at the admission gate upon entry into the park.

Cosumnes CSD Skate Crew!

The Cosumnes CSD Skate Park at the Wackford Community Center is looking for motivated teens that are driven by skate-boarding and want to improve not only the image of skaters within the community, but the image of skate-parks and their community. Be part of a positive change within our community by helping keep our community skate parks clean and safe for years to come. Be an encouraging example for other members of the community by helping change the status quo for skateboarders within the community. Applications are available at the front desk at Wackford Community Center as well as the CSD Skatepark.

Cosumnes CSD Skate Camp!

Join local teens for this amazing opportunity to improve your skateboarding skills in a fun camp environment. Campers will receive skateboarding lessons, proper skateboarding etiquette, and an opportunity to design their own deck. The week will end with an all day trip to three different skate parks. This is a 10,000 square foot in ground skate park with a variety of skating amenities and bowls to challenge both beginning riders learning to skate as well as the seasoned veterans working on new and exciting tricks.
