This is a recorded message hotline for reporting maintenance issues pertaining to parks and streetscapes throughout the Elk Grove area. You will be asked to leave your name, phone number, time and date of your call and a detailed description of the maintenance issue you are reporting. You will receive a response within 24 hours or the next business day (for weekend calls).

The hotline is monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

NON-URGENT MAINTENANCE REQUEST FORM

For routine maintenance issues, you may use our non-urgent Park Maintenance web form. The form will notify our park maintenance staff, and you will receive a response within 1 business day.
