REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS
The CSD solicits proposals and contracts with a variety of businesses to deliver products and services for the CSD. The CSD is dedicated to the principles of competition and fairness. The District is committed to ensuring that local taxpayers receive the maximum value for every expenditure. Towards that goal, we encourage qualified vendors to participate in doing business with the CSD.
