Water Aerobics

Program Information
Water aerobics is quickly becoming the top adult exercise program in the nation. With ease of motion and limited resistance it provides a great healthy alternative to traditional impact aerobics. All classes are taught by trained and certified instructors.

  • Ages 16+
  • Aqua belts and barbells are provided
  • Participants need to bring their own water noodle
Class Size Limits
A minimum of 10 participants are needed for any class to be conducted. The maximum participation for a Deep Water class is 25 participants and 18 participants for a specialty Shallow Water class. Participants will be notified 1 business day in advance if a class is cancelled due to low enrollment. To avoid this, please register early!

Classes Offered


We offer a variety of classes that will meet your independent health and wellness needs. Deep Water classes are offered year-round while the specialty shallow water classes are offered May through October.

This non-impact class offer participants the freedom of movement through water without touching or standing on the pool bottom. With a combination of exaggerated and quick movements it will give you a total body workout. This class is great for cardiovascular exercise or helping to treat muscle and bone injuries.

No water aerobic classes will be scheduled on the following dates due to holidays, pool closures, or swim meets:
