The CSD, which began placing the cameras last year, plans to have a total of 21 of the rotating video monitors operating by June 2010. The system allows patrol personnel to view activities at parks live from laptop computers in their patrol cars. Large signs are posted that notify visitors about the cameras placed at the parks.
