The Winter/Spring 2014 Activity Guide is now available for first look viewing. Take advantage of the first chance to line up you and your family's Winter and Spring activities. Registration for residents begins December 11th and Non-resident registration starts January 2nd.
Santa & Sirens Parade
Get in the ho...ho...holiday spirit with friends, neighbors, and your local fire personnel. The Cosumnes Fire Department and the Firefighters Association have teamed to host a series of parades. Come out and greet Santa and his elves. New unwrapped toys for the toy drive will be accepted.

Miwok Playground Renovation Completed New play equipment is ready for all age 2-5 kids at Miwok Park. The playground renovation was completed October 31, 2013. Miwok Park is located at 9344 Village Tree Way in Laguna. Young children can test out the new wavy bridge, swings, slide, climbing structure, play panels, and overhead ladder. Learn Where to Burn / Apply for a Burn Permit The Cosumnes CSD Fire Department has created a new interactive burn area map that illustrates where residents can legally burn and where burning is strictly forbidden. The map features a colorized burn indicator, zoom tools and an address finder to see if you are able to obtain a burn permit. Click to find out If, Where and When you can burn. For those within the burn safe area, you can now also Apply for a Burn Permit Online.
CSD Wallpaper Feature Want to create a colorful wallpaper for your computer screen, and at the same time keep up with CSD events? We can make that happen. Lawrence Park Playground Replacement Project On Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at approximately 6:30 pm, the age 5-12 play equipment at Lawrence Park was set on fire and burned to the ground. The damage was significant and will require complete replacement. A fence has been installed around the vandalized equipment. The age 2-5 playground and shade structure are open for use.
